"This was our first time hiring movers and I was extremely apprehensive about it because post-pandemic customer service is a thing if you ask me. A friend of ours was also shopping around and Timeless Movers was considerably cheaper that other moving companies. Yes there’s also moving expenses but when a company wants to charge you over $1k based on distance alone (Firehouse Movers) it can be pretty discouraging. I was days away from just ordering a Uhaul but I listened to my wife, this time, and contacted Timeless Moving. Their response time was impressive and made me more comfortable using their services. Prior to our move I spoke with Kevin to discuss the details and he was very personable and professional. The day of the move I was on pins and needles hoping they would arrive on time and that everything would go smoothly. They arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They were able to get to our new apartment and get everything in in spite of our neighbor moving out. I would definitely recommend them even if you’re moving across the street!!
